• Check-in is after 2pm and before 9pm on day of arrival;
• Check-out is by 10am on day of departure.

         (outside these times by prior arrangement please)

• Bookings require a minimum 50% deposit to secure.
• Balance payable, including breakages/key deposit, on or before arrival.

• Cancellation on day of arrival, forfeit 100% accommodation fee;
• Cancellation less than 7 days prior to booking forfeit the full deposit;
• 7 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit;
• 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit;
• Cancellations 22 days or more prior to arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit.

• Breakages/key deposit is required to be paid in full on or before arrival;
• Breakages/key deposit will be refunded, after inspection, within 1 week of departure.

• Pets allowed, by prior arrangement only. Must be fully house trained. Not allowed on the beds and not dig holes in the garden. There is a surcharge per pet of R25/day.
